No Refund Policy

At Ysora Bond, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Due to the nature of our products and business model, we do not accept:

under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before completing the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or resolution, at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Payment Issues

If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount will be handled as per the payment gateway’s standard resolution process.
